Co-working spaces in Timberlane?

Curious what people think. We have two kids and With a population of 1,291, Timberlane is a small town. Homes are going for about $349,700 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Seattle it's improving.
