Best and worst neighborhoods in Timberlane

Random thought, I work in government and The unemployment rate is 6.9%, which is concerning. It's a a small town city with about 11,169 people. Household incomes average around $66,170 in Timberlane. With a population of 11,169, Timberlane is a small town. Rent is about $1,410/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Close to nature
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Cold winters
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Not enough green space
What would you do? TIA! The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
