I'm retired and Rent is about $1,410/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,410 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
