Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Timberlane sits at 235.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 20.5%, which is higher than I expected. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
