Honest thoughts on life in Timberwood Park
Been living here since 2011. Homes are going for about $469,900 on average. Rent is about $2,012/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. With a population of 34,980, Timberwood Park is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
