Relocating to Timberwood Park, TX -pros and cons?

Alright, I'm a 47-year-old teacher and It's a a smaller city city with about 34,980 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Timberwood Park sits at 20.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
