Worst things about Timberwood Park nobody talks about

Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $469,900, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is challenging in most areas.

Moved here from Austin about 1 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to community vibe but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
