Is Timnath a good place to live?

Hey, With a population of 8,007, Timnath is a small town. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
