Curious what people think. Been living here since 2009. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $478,800 on average. With a population of 10,880, Timonium is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The walkability is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Korean places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
