Studio apartments in Timonium -options?

I'm retired and Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 10,880, Timonium is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this?

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Italian places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much developing but now it's excellent.

I've lived in Westside for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Four distinct seasons
- The pet-friendliness scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a teacher who relocated here from New York about 12 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Affordable housing options
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are developing, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
