Hi all, The median home value here is around $289,000, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,518 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
