Curious what people think. Been living here since 2018. You can expect to pay around $1,518 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,007 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
