What Tipton does better than anywhere else

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
