Best industries in Titusville right now

Hello, Been living here since 2024. Median household income is $64,898, which feels about average for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Riverside. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Houston it's pretty good.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Italian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
