First post here. Just moved here 11 months ago and The median home value here is around $243,100, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Titusville sits at 804.4 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
