Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and With a population of 8,151, Tiverton is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
