Weekend activities in Tiverton?

Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,341/month for a decent place. With a population of 8,151, Tiverton is a small town. Homes are going for about $357,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in legal. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Came here for school and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The nightlife is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
