Todd Creek is underrated, change my mind

OK so The median home value here is around $856,800, which is pretty steep. With a population of 5,069, Todd Creek is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Maple Ridge area are challenging. Kids love it here.
