Hello, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 5,069, Todd Creek is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any help is appreciated. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.

Came here for work and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The nightlife is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.
I've been here 5 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
No regrets on my end..

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Lakewood area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to New York it's hit or miss.
