First post here. I relocated for work and Rent is about $3,107/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $3,107 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here?

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The weather is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in The Heights. It's better than expected for what you get.
Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in consulting. If you're in marketing you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: average. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.
Feel free to reach out with questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
