Is Toms River walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and Household incomes average around $95,759 in Toms River. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,678 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.
