First post here. I've been here for 4 years and Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
