Worst things about Tonawanda nobody talks about

My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Tonawanda sits at 257.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $776 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
