Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 56,973 people. The median home value here is around $199,400, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Tonawanda Town sits at 146.3 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
