Hey folks, I'm a 54-year-old writer and Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 56,973 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
