Just moved here 13 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 56,973 people. With a population of 56,973, Tonawanda Town is a smaller city. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. - The traffic scene is excellent
The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited shopping options
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..
