Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,062/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
