Tonka Bay housing prices -when will it stop?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Household incomes average around $151,563 in Tonka Bay. Poverty rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'm a software engineer and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
