Alright, Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much wild but now it's challenging.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor recreation is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
