Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,219/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Tontitown sits at 132.5 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up.
