My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 1,593, Tonto Basin is a small town. The median home value here is around $253,400, which seems about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
