So, Been living here since 2006. Homes are going for about $338,400 on average. Rent is about $1,166/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,265 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
