Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Average temperature is around 58°F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
