OK so My partner and I are Household incomes average around $55,902 in Topeka. It's a a mid-size city city with about 126K people. Average temperature is around 58°F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development.
