Best neighborhoods in Torrance for families?

We have two kids (5 and 9) and are looking for a family-friendly neighborhood in Torrance. Budget is around $2214/month for rent. We prioritize good schools and safety. Any recommendations?

Also, are there good parks and activities for kids in the area?

My kids love it here. So many parks and activities. People are super nice.

If you can afford it, Westside is the best place to live. Period.

Respectfully disagree about the safety concerns. In my experience, it's been pretty safe in my area.
