Torrance housing prices — when will it stop?

Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $113,105 in Torrance. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Portland it's improving.
