Hello, I relocated for work and Rent is about $2,214/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 143K people. Median household income is $113,105, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
