Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $113,105 in Torrance. Crime rate is something to consider — Torrance sits at 192.9 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
