Curious what people think. I'm originally from Cincinnati and Crime rate is something to consider -Torrington sits at 106.0 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
