What's it really like living in Totowa?

So, Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,703/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much reasonable but now it's improving.
