Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $295,800, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $295,800 on average. Rent is about $1,643/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
