Cost of living reality check -Town 'n' Country

Hey everyone, Just moved here 4 months ago and Household incomes average around $68,350 in Town 'n' Country. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Town 'n' Country? Thanks!

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
