Grocery stores in Town 'n' Country -recommendations?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 86,544 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
