Just moved to Town 'n' Country, any tips?

Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $68,350 in Town 'n' Country. Crime rate is something to consider -Town 'n' Country sits at 108.4 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
