Towson vs Atlanta -which is better?

I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $100,481 in Towson. Homes are going for about $445,100 on average. Median household income is $100,481, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Springfield. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in engineering. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Italian.
