How is Traer for outdoor activities?

Random thought, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,016/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
