How is Treasure Island for outdoor activities?

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a small town city with about 6,568 people. Household incomes average around $82,340 in Treasure Island. Median household income is $82,340, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 6,568, Treasure Island is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in The Heights. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in legal. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Definitely worth checking out..

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The traffic is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
