Best coffee shops in Treasure Lake?

Hey, Been living here since 2024. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Used to live on the East side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much pricey but now it's hit or miss.
