Best kept secrets of Treasure Lake, PA

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Atlanta and It's a a small town city with about 5,513 people. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Dallas it's excellent.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
