OK so Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 5,513 people. With a population of 5,513, Treasure Lake is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
